Shipping

Our cut off time to receive your order before Xmas is 16th December across USA. Our Dispatch Center will be closed on Xmas and New Years Day, and will remain open as normal on all other days.

At Vitality 4 Life, we strive to ensure each and every order is delivered to our customers efficiently and effectively. We endeavor to use the best possible delivery service available to us at the time of dispatch depending on the the item ordered and your location. We use and trust UPS to deliver our wide range of products - from Cold Press Juicers to Pilates Reformers. We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders throughout the Continental US. Please see below the full details of our shipping options:

Ground (1-6 days delivery) - FREE

Ground (guaranteed 3-day delivery) - $25

Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico

Priority - $45

(4-6 days to Hawaii, 5-7 for Alaska and Puerto Rico around 7-10 days)

Canada:

Priority - $25 (3-5 days)

All orders placed prior to 2pm (MST time) will be shipped out the same day, and any orders placed after will be shipped the following day.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking notification email with a direct link to track your order. Should you have any issues tracking your order, please contact the courier/service directly with your tracking number or alternatively contact us and we will assist you to track your order.

To deliver to an address without a signatory you must authorise "Authority to Leave". Simply check the box 'Authority to Leave' in Checkout along with any instructions for the courier. If "Authority to Leave" is selected and parcel is delivered, Vitality 4 Life holds no responsibility for the safety of the parcel from the requested shipping address. Selection of "Authority to Leave" is deemed by our couriers as a signature from the recipient.

Please note for large items such as pilates equipment, delivery of these products will be to your front door only, and as these are large items we recommend you have assistance on hand to help you move them inside the premises. If you require further assistance getting the item inside, please let us know and we can source a quote for this service at an additional delivery cost.

Delivery Times

Delivery time is usually between 3-7 business days. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse:

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received. We will always do our best to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible; we understand that you may be eager to begin your next chapter of health.

Although Vitality 4 Life strives to guarantee our customers a timely delivery, once the order leaves our Warehouse and is in the possession of the designated courier company we cannot be held responsible for any delays from thereon.

Tracking your Order

You will receive an email within 48 hours of placing your order with your tracking information. This will include your consignment or tracking number, a link to track the goods and details of the courier company used.

If you experience any trouble tracking your order or have questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support Team via phone, email or using our live-chat facilities.

Alternatively you can also contact the courier company direct, who may be able to assist directly with your enquiry.

Returns & Refunds

We are so confident that you will love your Vitality 4 Life Approved Product we offer our customers a 30 day FREE returns policy on our products. This means if you are not satisfied, we will arrange the return within 30 days free of charge. We want you to be happy with your investment, so please contact us if for any reason you are not satisfied. In most cases we are able to work with our customers and give them the help and guidance they need to get the most out of their product.

If you would like to arrange a return for a product, please contact us prior to returning the product. We will then issue you with a Return Authorisation Form (RAF). If an item is received back into our warehouse without this form it may be rejected and returned to sender.

We will happily issue a full refund (minus any shipping costs) or exchange if the item is received back in original/unused condition with original packaging. The refund will generally be processed within 3 working days of receiving the product back to our warehouse.

If the item you received either damaged or faulty we may ask for photos to be sent through prior to the return; this helps us to quickly work towards the easiest solution and is also passed through to our dispatching/product development teams to improve our procedures and processes.

PO/APO/FPO/DPO BOXES

We do not ship to PO boxes within the US, so where possible please use a street address for deliveries. If it is not possible to use a street address we will allocate an alternative shipping service to your order.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

Our USA site ships throughout the US & Canada. If you would like to purchase one of our product but live outside of this area, please use the flags at the bottom of the left hand menu to navigate to the territory site nearest to you. Alternatively, please contact us if you would like a quote and details for shipping to your area.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. Vitality 4 Life is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
