is an extremely versatile exercise machine. The chair activates the lower back, buttocks, shoulder, transverses abdominals and pelvic region, whilst heightening neuromuscular coordination. The Chair is an excellent aid for rehabilitation, it is particularly effective for stretching and re-stabilising muscles that have been strained or injured.
