It is so versatile that it can even extract juice from sugar cane (bark must be removed), although it is not recommended for high volume juicing of sugar canes. Cold Press Juicing

The Lexen Electric Juicer extracts juice at a low rpm [76 rpm] for “cold pressing” fruits and vegetables, hence avoiding creating heat that destroys many of the vital enzymes and nutrients so important for our health. Centrifugal juicers use very high speed blades that cuts and creates friction and heat, which destroys many of the vital enzymes and nutrients.

The difference in the Lexen is that there is no internal juicing screen. When juicing you will notice 'wet pulp' buildup on the screen of the juice cup. This is normal and exactly what you want! Just shake the juice cup, give it a few taps and the juice will continue to strain into the collection cup (included). If you like pulpy juice, just leave the screen off!

Juicing Wheatgrass

The Lexen comes with TWO augers; one for your normal fruits and vegetables and one specially designed for wheatgrass.

Quick Tips!

When you get your new Lexen Electric Healthy Juicer be sure to avoid some of these common mistakes:

• Be sure the chamber is in the 'lock' position and secured tightly!
• Pulp buildup on the screen is normal! Just tap/shake the juice cup and the juice will strain into the collection cup.
• When juicing apples - we suggest using Granny Smith type apples as these seem to contain the most juice without a bunch of pulp. They work wonderfully and taste great as a glass of juice!
